Fluency calls for far more than proficiency. 1 demands to be common with the idiomatic level of the language, with its peculiar methods of conveying indicating. It is not an inborn quality. You can purchase it by means of wide listening and studying. The translator ought to often go through and look at well-known media (newspapers, journals, radio and television). He or she need to also read through common literature. This gives the translator access to how the language conveys that means in everyday lifestyle.
