Data on the use of the tests for identification is more difficult to gather as, after detection, only a limited proportion of samples are tested for identification. When diagnostic tests other than those already listed in the EPPO Diagnostic Protocols were mentioned, these involved a limited proportion selleck chemicals of samples (usually Pramipexole (it may also need to produce additional data on analytical specificity depending on local circumstances e.g. likelihood of false reactions with closely-related organisms). L��enqu��te Screening Library a ��t�� organis��e sur une s��lection de 58 protocoles de diagnostic dans toutes les disciplines du diagnostic phytosanitaire (bact��riologie, mycologie, entomologie, n��matologie, virologie et phytoplasmologie). Quarante-quatre laboratoires de 20 pays de l��OEPP ont r��pondu. Les r��sultats sont pr��sent��s pour 12 protocoles, en pr��cisant le nombre de tests utilis��s pour le diagnostic. Cette enqu��te permet d��affirmer que de nombreux tests de d��tection mentionn��s dans les Protocoles de diagnostic de l��OEPP sont largement utilis��s par les laboratoires de diagnostic phytosanitaire dans la r��gion OEPP.
