NBA Announces All-Star Reserves, Celtics Dominate the List

De Les Feux de l'Amour - Le site Wik'Y&R du projet Y&R.

The Celtics dominated the All-Star reserves list this year. Garnett, Pierce, Rondo, and Allen were all on there joined by Al Horford, Joe Johnson, and Chris Bosh. The Celtics are starting to be like the Pistons when they had a team of All-Stars with Prince, Hamilton, Billups, Ben and Rasheed Wallace.Prince was left off the team when the league finally recognized their efforts and put the other four starters on the All-Star team. Not too many other players in the East should be complaining, the only other team worthy of putting players on there would be Chicago, but Boozer and Noah have had injury problems. Raymond Felton is playing good basketball, especially for the amount of money he makes, but it isn't a talent/dollars game. If it was, I'd put Felton over Joe Johnson. The NBA probably felt obligated to put Johnson in because he was one of the big free agents this past off-season and received a max contract. If he didn't make the all-star team after that, it would have been pretty embarrassing.

The West is a different animal, probably 5 to 10 players could legitimately feel like they had been snubbed. From Kevin Love's rebounds to LaMarcus Aldridge taking his team on his back to Zach "NBA Announces All-Star Reserves, Celtics Dominate the List Double-Double" Randolph, there are plenty of great players in the West who were left off the list. Maybe some of them should go to the East next year? There are better teams now in the East with the Heat, Celtics, Magic, and Hawks all with good records, but there still is a big talent gap if you list the top 50 players in each conference.
