As real estate agents, we have been capturing buyer leads from the internet and converting them into sales. Like anything else, there are some great resources for buyer leads and some that never deliver on their promise.    Now, there are plenty of technology companies that claim to deliver listing leads. Most of the companies deliver listing leads by posting a 'What's My Home Worth" widget on Facebook or placing it in an email in hopes people will be tempted to fill it out to see their homes value. This has worked very well for capturing names and email addresses yet many agents claim the leads are low quality. I have tested a few of these tools and found some to be okay and others to fail miserably. boldleads

Because I am always determined to test out different systems, I tripped over a company called BoldLeads. They have new version of the valuation tool yet they are really good at identifying the perfect audience to share the tool. Instead of taking a shotgun approach hoping to hit something, they take asniper-like approach to make sure they are sharing the tool with people that statistically are more likely to be selling a property.   Of course, BoldLeads will never share their algorithms for delivering quality leads yet I have personally been working with them and have taken numerous listings. The best thing is that when we talk to these leads, we are having real conversations. In the past, I have used others services where the captured lead was insulted that we called. This is not happening anymore to us.   I think it is important for agents to share best practices with other agents when possible. We can easily waste a lot of money by engaging in systems that will not perform. Since I started working with BoldLeads, I have added additional zip codes. In addition to the listings I have taken, I have added a total of 400 people to my 'future seller database'. I nurture them with educational emails so overtime, they will refer to me as their "Real Estate Agent". I often get emails from people that have been in my database for 3 years that want to list with me because I have been communicating with them so consistently.
